How much notice do I need to give to make a new booking?

Early booking is essential to ensure a bus is available for you however in case of short notice booking, Quest Coaches staff will do their best to accommodate your needs.

Can I amend my itinerary after I've confirmed my booking?

Any amendments to your booking after confirmation can only be accepted subject to availability. Quest Coaches reserves the right to charge for any addition charges in relation to the amendment.

Can I cancel my booking after I've confirmed it?

In an event that you cancel your booking. Quest Coaches reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as follows:

  • Bookings cancelled greater than 5 days prior to travel: $110.00 booking confirmation fee
  • Bookings cancelled between 5 days prior to travel and the day of travel, but not on the day of travel: 50% to 75% of the booking value.
  • Bookings cancelled on the day of travel: 100% of the booking value.

What is the price for Group charter?

It depends on the size of the bus, the distance you travel and the time you will spend out. Please contact us on 1300 255 287 to obtain a quotation.

How can I pay for my booking?

Payments can be made by direct deposit into our account or by credit card.

What is the credit card fee?

In the event of payment via credit card, Quest Coaches will charge an additional fee of 5% merchant fee for AMEX and Diners credit cards, and 1% for all other cards of the value of the booking (Conditions Apply).

Can we consume alcohol in the bus? 

Requires approval from Quest Coaches and if approved by Quest Coaches,

  • $77.00 fee will apply
  • NO GLASS ALLOWED on buses, drinks need to be in cans or plastic.
  • All passengers will need to be both on time and orderly. Anyone considered too inebriated by the driver will not be allowed on board the coach. Improper behaviour by the passengers will not be tolerated. Please advise them accordingly.
  • Any out of the ordinary cleaning (spew, steam cleaning required to seats, disinfecting the bus to meet the H&S requirements, …..) that is required for the bus after the trip will cost you $110.00 or more subject to the work required to be done.
  • Payment of bond may be required to cover the risk of damage to the vehicle.
  • Your responsibility for any damage is in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  • Due to the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, STRICTLY, NO ALCOHOL is to be carried or consumed on buses between 8.00pm and 5.00am and I will inform my group of this prior to the trip.

What is a security bond I have to pay?

In the event of consuming alcohol, a security bond may be required to cover the risk of damage to the vehicle. Your responsibility for any damage is in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Do your buses have toilets?

No, our buses do not have toilets on board.
