Who we are
This website is run by Quest Coaches, the trading name of Pharaohs Services Pty Ltd (ABN 85 109 647 476), at 17 Thomas Street, Ferntree Gully VIC 3156.
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form, we collect what you send us: your name, email address, phone number and message. We use it only to reply to you and to plan your trip.
Quotes and bookings are made through our booking system at portal.questcoaches.com.au, which opens from the quote buttons and the customer login. The details you enter there are held in that system and used to quote and manage your booking.
Cookies and other services
This site doesn't set tracking cookies of its own. These services may set their own cookies or handle information when you visit:
- Cloudflare Turnstile, on the contact form, to tell people apart from automated spam.
- Google Maps, for the map on the contact page.
- Our booking system at portal.questcoaches.com.au, for quotes, bookings and the customer login.
If we add Google Analytics to see how the site is used, it'll be listed here.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and keep sensible records of quotes and bookings. If you'd like us to delete yours, let us know.
