Terms and Conditions

When you enter in agreement with Pharaohs Service Pty/Ltd trading as Quest Coaches to book charter service, your booking is accepted subject to the following terms and conditions and by confirming your booking you accept that these terms & conditions will apply.

Deposit and Final Payment

Quest Coaches requires the payment of $110.00 non refundable deposit to confirm a booking. The balance of any amount due will be payable in full no later than 5 working days prior to the date of travel.

Credit Card Charges

In the event of payment via credit card, Quest Coaches will charge an additional fee of 5% merchant fee for AMEX & Diners credit cards, and 1% for all other cards of the value of the booking. (Conditions apply)


Any amendments to your booking after confirmation can only be accepted subject to availability. Quest Coaches reserves the right to charge for any addition charges in relation to the amendment.


In an event that you cancel your booking. Quest Coaches reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as follows:


In the event that your booking does not run to schedule or is amended on the day of the trip, an extra $55.00 will apply for every additional 15 minutes.


Other Conditions of Booking




Prices are current at the time of quotation and subject to availability at the time of booking. All quoted prices include GST. 

Due to the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998, STRICTLY, NO ALCOHOL is to be consumed on buses. 

Quest Coaches might approve it on very special occasions(please contact Quest Coaches for approval)
